The proposals span several high-growth sectors, including green energy, green hydrogen, solar power, artificial intelligence, data centres, smart manufacturing and electronics, signalling strong investor interest in Madhya Pradesh as an emerging investment destination.

Rana Holdings Proposes ₹35,200 Crore Investments

Among the major proposals, Rana Holdings expressed interest in projects worth around ₹35,200 crore.

The proposed investments include a 2,000-MW solar power portfolio, a 200-MW green hydrogen plant, and a 50-MW AI and computing data centre, with the potential to expand its capacity to 200 MW.

The group also discussed plans for a critical minerals recovery and recycling complex and an integrated smart manufacturing hub, further strengthening the focus on clean energy, advanced technology and sustainable industrial development.

Sovereign AI Factory Proposal

Investors from NIDI Services DMCC/SCNELL presented a concept for establishing a Sovereign AI Factory requiring an estimated investment of US$1.5–2 billion, equivalent to approximately ₹18,000 crore.

The proposed facility would initially have a capacity of 50 MW, with scope for expansion beyond 100 MW, positioning it as a potential major investment in AI and high-performance computing infrastructure.

Meetings with Leading Global Companies

During his Dubai visit, Dr Yadav also held discussions with representatives of several prominent companies and business groups, including GEMS Education, Crescent Group, PureHealth, Sharaf Group, Choithrams, DP World, BeauMerc Corporation, West Zone, KGK Group, Vistas Media Capital and VFS Global.
