DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES – Natalia Gymnastics Club along with El Bahrawy Group, Brands & Trends, GEMS Education and MonViso are pleased to announce that the third edition of the International Emirates Rhythmic Gymnastics Cup will take place at GEMS Dubai American Academy on 5th & 6th April 2019, with the support of Dubai Sports Council and Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Dubai and Northern Emirates.

It also brings to Dubai for the first time ever the “Russian National Team” who will showcase a Cinderella-themed performance, plus three-time Olympic champion in men's rhythmic gymnastics Alexander Buklov, who will lead a Masterclass for the athletes at the end of the tournament.

Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport in which individuals or groups of five manipulate one or two pieces of apparatus: rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon and freehand. It is a sport that combines elements of ballet, gymnastics, dance, and apparatus manipulation. This tournament will host 140 athletes from 10 countries ranging from the ages of 5 to 17.

The event commences from 10am – 7pm on Friday, 5th April & 10am – 4pm on Saturday, 6th April at GEMS Dubai American Academy, Gate 3, Hessa St., Al Barsha, Dubai.
