Dubai:The Dubai Police's service "Police Eye" has received 17,960 reports over the last ten months since the beginning of this year. 

Brigadier Khalid Nasser Al Razooqi, General Department of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Police, lauded the community member's interest in using the Dubai Police App to complete their transactions, submit reports and benefit from various provided services by Dubai Police. "Police Eye service aims at encouraging the members of the community to maintain security, reduce crime, and report illegal activities and abuses," Brig. Al Razzooqi added. 

“The “Police Eye'” service allows people to report suspicious activities, including disturbance, alcohol/drugs trafficking or addiction, suspicious vehicle, and vandalism…etc,” Al Razooqi added.

Brig. Al Razooqi also confirmed that the application is user-friendly in which users can attach videos, photos, or voice messages when filing a report. They also can share their locations or the location of incidents, if needed.
