Dubai:The Dubai Police have been announced winners of the 39th edition of the MoI Police Shooting Championship after winning five out of eight competitions.The Police Sports Association at the Ministry of Interior organised the 39th edition of the Police Shooting Championship at the ranges in Khudeira Camp ranges in Sharjah. Activities of the Championship ran until the 24th of February.

This edition comes amid strict health measures and procedures aimed at ensuring the safety of guests, participants, and the technical teams supervising the organization of the event against Covid 19. Eleven teams representing various police HQs in the Ministry of Interior in its various sectors took part in the Championship.

The event program includes many specialized scenarios for shooting competitions, including tactical shooting on the move contest for (men, women, and officers), the first responder shooting contest with the pistol for (men and women), the speed challenge contest, as well as the police operations rifle shooting contest for men and women.
