Dubai: The Dubai Smart Police Stations (SPS) at Expo 2020 Dubai have welcomed visitors from all around the globe, who expressed admiration of the unmanned police stations that offer policing services 24/7 in seven different languages.

The SPS offer Expo 2020 visitors 27 key services, such as reporting crimes and traffic incidents, and a further 33 community-based services. Expo 2020 visitors can also obtain permits and certificates quickly and conveniently via the SPS without visiting the traditional police stations. 

The SPS also enable Expo 2020 visitors to register criminal reports smoothly without visiting the traditional police stations or waiting in queues. They also allow officers, who speak seven different languages, to serve customers effectively through video calls. 

Expo 2020 visitors expressed their admiration of policing services provided by the Dubai Police SPS project, which was registered in the Guinness Book of Records as the first smart police station of its kind in the world that operates without human intervention.
