Dubai: A delegation from the Ministry of Interior in Saudi Arabia, headed by Colonel Muhammad bin Jerais, Director of the Digital Transformation Department at Saudi Public Security, has recently visited Al Qusais Police Station. 

The Delegation was received by Brigadier General Abdul Halim Al Hashemi, Director of Al Qusais Police Station, who welcomed the visitors and stressed the solidity and intensity of the age-old relationship between the two countries.

Brig. Al Hashemi confirmed that Dubai Police is keen to open the communication channels with concerned parties and exchange knowledge, experience and best policing practising in all relevant fields. 

During the visit, the Saudi Delegation was briefed on the organizational structure of the Force, services provided by the police stations, and administrative and legal procedures taken upon receiving reports until reaching the crime/accident scenes.    

The Delegation was toured the Station's sections and learned from the officers regarding the working system of patrols dispatched to cover the jurisdiction area and respond and attend to traffic and criminal cases. 

Col bin Jerais and his accompanied employees were introduced to the Smart Police Station (SPS) and its effective and efficient services that save the public inconvenience visits to the traditional police stations. 

Toward the end of the visit, the Delegation expressed their appreciation for the warm reception and great admiration for the smart services offered by Al Qusais Police Station.
