Dubai: His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, witnessed a special awarding ceremony for the force’s graduated cadet officers, who recently took part in the Graduation of the 50th ceremony at Expo 2020. 

In his congratulatory speech, Lt. Gen. Al Marri attributed the success and prominent position of to Dubai Police Academy to the constant support and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and the keenness of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai; and His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance; and to the constant follow up of His Highness Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior.

He further conveyed the force’s sincere thanks and gratitude to Their Highnesses for their keen interest and patronage towards the police and security institutions in the country to keep these institutions at their highest readiness to protect the homeland, ensure security, safety and stability of the UAE. 

Lt. Gen. Al Marri also congratulated 248 police cadets from Dubai Police and wished them success in serving their nation as members of the police force, explaining that Dubai Police has always invested in human cadre for their pivotal role in achieving the objectives of the United Arab Emirates and the vision of its leaders.

The commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police also congratulates the graduates’ parents for the remarkable achievement of their children, which coincides with the national celebrations of the UAE’s 50th anniversary.
