Dubai: The Dubai Police General Command organised earlier today the force’s fourth Customers Forum at the Atlantis- the Palm to discuss the proactiveness, digitalisation and future of policing services provided to public members.    

The initiative reflects Dubai Police's keenness to provide customers with an exceptional service by reducing the waiting-time to issue a traffic accident report. It also assists police patrols to maintain the flow of the traffic, as well as strengthen Dubai Police's partnership and cooperation with private sectors. 

The forum was officially inaugurated by His Execelelny Major General Dr Abdul Quddus Abdul Razzaq Al Obaidly, Assistant Commandant for Excellence and Pioneering at Dubai Police, who confirmed that Dubai Police strives to ensure the highest levels of community happiness through offering advanced and top-notch services that save the customers’ time and enhance their life-style.
