Dubai: Dubai Police, in collaboration with health services providers, recently organised a health fair for employees to ensure their happiness and promote their overall health by providing medical consultations and conducting various examinations.  

His Excellency Major General Pilot Ahmad Muhammad bin Thani, Acting Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, inaugurated the event, which the Dubai Police Health Centre organised at the Officers Club in Al Jaddaf. 

Bin Thani, accompanied by His Excellency Major General Ahmad Rafi, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Administration Affairs, walked through the health exhibition halls and reviewed the medical services and examinations provided by 21 government and private entities. He also listened to an explanation about the various tests and medical consultations provided to the employees.

Colonel Dr Badr Sultan bin Qaba, Head of Dubai Police Health Centre, affirmed that organising the health fair reflects Dubai Police's continuous eagerness toward providing employees with various services, medical tests and health advice and reinforcing partnerships with medical entities in the country. He explained, "the health fair included medical tests and consultations about many diseases such as Diabetes, Osteoporosis, Ophthalmology, Cholesterol and many others".

The Health Fair witnessed the participation of Emirates Hospital, Saudi German Hospital, 7 Dimension Medical Centre, Medcome Health Care Centre, B Clinic, Sheikh Manaa Bin Hasher Almaktoum Polyclinic, Hellenic Dental Clinic, Bayer, Damas Medical Centre, Aldalil Medical Centre, Dubai Police Health Center, FIFA Medical Centre, Wellth managed by Medcare, Magrabi Eye Hospital, Dubai Hospital, Body Smart Clinic, Armada Healthcare, Moonlight Polyclinic, Dr Deena Al Qedrah Medical Centre, American Hospital and New Country Healthcare.
