United Nations Secretary-General visits Dubai Police SPS at Expo City

Dubai: United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres explored the police services provided by the Smart Police Station (SPS) located at the COP28 conference in Expo City, Dubai.

 The SPS offers various community and visitor services for global events, utilising innovative technology and operating 24/7 without human intervention.

Guterres was welcomed at the SPS by His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police; Brigadier Harib Al Shamsi, Assistant Director of General Department of Criminal Investigation for Administration and Control Affairs; Brigadier Misbah Al Ghafli, Deputy Director of General Department for Security of Organizations, Facilities and Emergency for Emergency Affairs; Brigadier Obeid bin Yaarouf Al Ketbi, Deputy Director of General Department for Security of Organizations and Facilities for Organizations Security Affairs; Major Saif Al Kaabi, Director of Suburban Police Stations, and a number of senior officers,.
