Dubai: Global Exchange Conference on Education, hosted by Dr. Jitendra Matlani in collaboration with the Relttaw Association, took place in Dubai from February 17th to 21st, 2025. The event brought together 75 distinguished educators from over 12 countries, including Romania, Kazakhstan, India, Nepal, Poland, Denmark, Austria, Egypt, Oman, Congo, and Tanzania.

Corina Sujdea, President of the Relttaw Association (Romania), highlighted that the conference served as a unique platform for education experts and thought leaders to discuss the evolving landscape of global education. Special attention was given to the UAE education system. The conference provided a valuable opportunity for international delegates to share innovative ideas with UAE-based schools and universities, fostering collaboration and helping to improve education both in the UAE and globally.
Key topics discussed included:

The use of Artificial Intelligence in education.15 types of evaluation and assessment in education.Integrating Green Practices in running schools and colleges.
Dr Jitendra Matlani also organized visits to Delhi Private School Dubai, BITS Pilani University Dubai campus, and S.P. Jain School of Global Management for the delegates. These visits allowed for direct interaction with the local education institutions, where delegates were welcomed and honored by the respective schools and universities.
In addition to the conference, the delegates enjoyed tourism activities including a desert safari, a visit to the Museum of the Future, the Burj Khalifa, the Miracle Garden, and a city tour of Dubai.

The final conference took place at the Al Habtoor Grand Palace and Resort Dubai, with Shri Ramdas Athawale, Central Minister of the Government of India, as the chief guest, alongside local Emirati dignitaries. Each delegate received a certificate of participation, which was presented by Corina Sujdea President Relttaw Association, Dr. Jitendra Matlani, Chairman JM GLOBAL Group, and Shri Santosh Shukla, President and CEO of the World Book of Records London.
