Dubai: Dubai is set to break another world record this November with the grand opening of Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection – officially becoming the world’s tallest hotel.
Soaring 377 metres into the sky, this striking landmark will overtake Dubai’s Gevora Hotel as the tallest hotel on the planet. Managed by The First Group Hospitality and part of the InterContinental Hotels Group, the property is already accepting bookings from Saturday, November 15, 2025.
The all-hotel tower will feature 1,004 rooms across 82 floors, offering guests direct access to Dubai Marina’s famous shopping, beaches, and attractions. Room rates will start from Dhs1,552, rising to Dhs4,305 for a three-person suite with high-floor lounge access.
Among its standout attractions is a rooftop infinity pool and bar with uninterrupted views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and Dubai’s dazzling skyline. Guests will also enjoy breathtaking perspectives from the 360-degree glass observation deck.
Once open, Ciel will also claim multiple Guinness World Records, including the world’s highest infinity pool and the world’s highest club.
The award-winning Tattu Dubai restaurant brand will anchor the upper floors, spread across three levels:
Level 74: Tattu fine-dining restaurant
Level 76: Tattu Sky Pool (world’s highest infinity pool)
Level 81: Sky Lounge (world’s highest club – though set to be surpassed by Dubai’s upcoming Burj Azizi project)
Additional dining highlights include:
Risen Café & Artisanal Bakery – all-day dining with locally sourced ingredients and fresh baked goods.
West 13 – a vibrant Mediterranean concept featuring handmade pasta, Greek gyros, tacos, empanadas, mezze, and seasonal produce.
East 14 – a buffet-style Asian restaurant offering Thai, Malaysian, Singaporean, Vietnamese, sushi, dim sum, ramen, pho, and Indian curries.
For relaxation, the luxury spa on the 61st floor promises transformative wellness experiences, while fitness enthusiasts can access a state-of-the-art 24/7 gym. Guests will also benefit from complimentary transfers to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah.
On the 16th floor, the Executive Lounge, Nest, will offer meeting rooms, cutting-edge technology, flexible workspaces, and spectacular skyline views – perfect for business travelers.
