Dubai: In a vibrant atmosphere, the 'Athletic Caravan' Hub, affiliated with the Sports Council of Dubai Police, organized a 290-meter tug-of-war competition in cooperation with the General Department of Human Resources. This event was held at the Dubai Police Officers' Club, coinciding with the ninth edition of the 'Dubai Fitness Challenge 2025.'

Participants engaged with a spirit of positivity and community bonding in the competition, titled "Tolerance Series," which celebrated the upcoming International Day for Tolerance on November 16 and reflected the rich cultural diversity of the various nationalities involved.

The event was attended by His Excellency Major General Dr. Saleh Abdullah Murad, Assistant Commandant for Administrative Affairs; His Excellency Major General Khaled Nasser Al Rzooqi, Director of the General Department of Artificial Intelligence;

Brigadier Rashid Nasser, Director of the General Department of Human Resources; Brigadier Dr. Mohammed Al Janahi, Deputy Director of the General Department of Administrative Affairs; Mr. Majid Al Aqili, Acting Director of the General Department of Finance; and Dr. Maryam Anas Al Matroushi, Chairperson of the Sports Council of Dubai Police, along with numerous employees.

The General Department of Human Resources emphasized that the "Tolerance Series" competition underscores Dubai Police's commitment to fostering a culture of tolerance and sports as a way of life. This initiative reinforces the values of human brotherhood and aligns with the vision of our wise leadership to position the UAE as a global model for tolerance, happiness, and quality of life.

A diverse group of officers and personnel attended the sporting event, comprising both male and female participants from various ranks and job grades. Participants expressed their enthusiasm for participating in an initiative that seamlessly integrates physical fitness with human harmony. They underscored the significance of such events in bolstering team spirit and fostering a sense of camaraderie within the workplace.
