Abu Dhabi: The UAE’s largest telecommunications provider, e&, has introduced special roaming benefits for customers located in Middle Eastern countries impacted by the ongoing regional military conflict.

According to the company, the limit for incoming roaming calls in the affected countries has been increased from 30 minutes to 60 minutes, and this benefit will remain available until March 9.

In addition, customers will receive 25GB of free roaming data during the same period.

The company confirmed that outgoing roaming calls will continue without any limit on minutes. However, these outgoing calls apply only to calls made to the UAE or to numbers belonging to telecom operators within the affected countries.

The special offers are available to all mobile customers, including both individuals and businesses, who are roaming in the affected regional countries. These countries include Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, and Iraq.

Financially, e& recorded strong growth in 2025, with revenue rising 23% to a record Dh72.9 billion, while net profit increased 34% year-on-year to Dh14.4 billion.

Meanwhile, according to Brand Finance, the company’s brand value grew by 7% to $16.4 billion (Dh60.2 billion), reinforcing its position as the second most valuable telecom brand in the Middle East. Globally, the company also improved its ranking, climbing two positions to become the 14th strongest telecom brand worldwide.
