Dubai: Dr. Azad Moopen, Founder Chairman of Aster DM Healthcare, welcomed Dr. E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Consul General of India in Dubai, during a meeting that underscored the shared commitment to strengthening the long-standing relationship between India and the UAE.
