Dubai: Major General Hareb Al Shamsi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police for Criminal Affairs, has honoured the distinguished sub-departments and outstanding employees of the General Department of Operations during a ceremony at the Dubai Police Officers Club.
