SOBHA REALTY PRESENTS IIFA DIGITAL AWARDS: THE MULTI STAR-STUDDED HOST LINE-UP. A MUSICAL SPECTACLE. A CELEBRATION OF DIGITAL BRILLIANCE.

Leading the celebrations at the IIFA Digital Awards 2027 will be acclaimed actors Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal and Abhishek Banerjee, who will bring their distinctive personalities, charisma and signature wit to the stage, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening honoring the finest achievements in digital entertainment.

Pankaj Tripathi, Co-Host, IIFA Digital Awards 2027, said “For an actor, there are certain moments that come with a little extra nervousness and a lot of excitement and hosting the IIFA Digital Awards for the first time is definitely one of them. I have spent much of my journey standing in front of the camera and telling stories through characters, so stepping onto the IIFA stage in a completely different role is both exciting and humbling. In fact, this will be my first experience of hosting an awards show, which makes the moment even more special for me. The digital world has transformed the way stories are created, discovered and loved, and IIFA recognizing this new generation of storytelling feels very meaningful. To be part of that celebration alongside so many talented artists and creators is an honour. IIFA has always taken Indian cinema to audiences across the world, and I am looking forward to bringing that same spirit, warmth and, hopefully, a little bit of humour to the IIFA Digital Awards stage. I cannot wait to experience the magic of IIFA from the other side of the stage and I hope I can do justice to it.”

Ali Fazal, Co-Host, IIFA Digital Awards 2027, said “IIFA has been such an important celebration of Indian entertainment for so many years, and it has been wonderful to see that celebration evolve with the way audiences consume stories today. The IIFA Digital Awards represent that new chapter, recognising the incredible talent, stories and performances that have found a home beyond the traditional big screen.

Having been part of the IIFA celebrations and experienced the energy of this platform first-hand, returning in a hosting role is something I am genuinely looking forward to. There is a wonderful sense of camaraderie at IIFA, everyone comes together not just as colleagues from the industry, but as people who share the same love for storytelling. I am especially excited to be back in Abu Dhabi, a destination that has become synonymous with some of IIFA’s most memorable celebrations. To host the IIFA Digital Awards here and celebrate this new generation of Indian storytelling is a wonderful opportunity, and I cannot wait to share the stage with Pankajji and make it a memorable night.”

Abhishek Banerjee Co-Host, IIFA Digital Awards 2027 said, “My association with IIFA has been an incredible journey, and returning to Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, to co-host the IIFA Digital Awards makes it even more special. IIFA has always celebrated the magic of Indian cinema and the talent that brings our stories to life. I’m excited to be back with the IIFA family and look forward to making this edition a truly memorable celebration of the incredible talent shaping the digital entertainment space.”

The Hit-Maker Takes Centre Stage: Himesh Reshammiya To Headline IIFA Digital Awards 2027

Adding to the excitement, chart-topping singer and composer Himesh Reshammiya is set to electrify the stage with a high-energy musical performance, bringing his signature sound, popular hits and dynamic stage presence to an evening where entertainment takes centre stage.

Himesh Reshammiya on Performing at IIFA Digital Awards 2027 said, “Coming back to IIFA feels incredibly special because it takes me back to some very memorable chapters of my journey. My association with IIFA goes back to 2006, when I performed on the IIFA stage, and I also received an IIFA Award for Aashiq Banaya Aapne. That makes this return even more meaningful, as IIFA has been a beautiful part of my musical journey over the years. For me, music has always been about that connection, when you step onto a stage, you leave everything behind and simply let the music speak. IIFA has always celebrated that powerful connection between Indian cinema, music and audiences across the world, and being part of that celebration once again is something I am truly looking forward to.

This time, I am especially excited to perform some of my timeless chartbusters, along with my latest super-hit song Afsana Banaya Aapne. The song is particularly special because it brings me and Emraan Hashmi back together after 20 years, making it a wonderful full-circle moment for both of us. To return to IIFA and perform these songs for audiences in Abu Dhabi is something I am genuinely excited about.

I am thrilled to return to the IIFA stage for the IIFA Digital Awards 2027 at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, and create another unforgettable musical moment with everyone. It feels wonderful to come back to a platform that has been a meaningful part of my journey, celebrate the music that has become a part of people’s memories, and once again experience the incredible love of the IIFA family.”

Together, the stellar hosts and powerhouse performer promise an unmissable celebration of the talent, creativity and storytelling shaping India's rapidly evolving digital entertainment universe.
