The Acting CEO of "Etisalat Group" affirmed that "Etisalat" is keen to focus on innovation as part of its strategy of "leading the digital future to empower societies", which is embodied in all the company's business, as Etisalat's philosophy during the past four decades has focused on making a fundamental change in the telecommunications sector. Etisalat also provided access to 9 applications and platforms for remote learning to enable video and voice calls.

He said that with the need for digital money transfers emerging, the eWallet wallet has upgraded its features and capabilities by offering seamless international money transfer services to 200 countries and expanding the partner portfolio to over 400 brands and 4,000 outlets across the UAE.

He added that “Etisalat Digital”, the digital arm of “Etisalat”, witnessed advanced steps in the fields of cybersecurity, the Internet of things and cloud communication .. In the field of cybersecurity, “Etisalat” has completed the acquisition of Help AG in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, thus establishing the strongest electronic security unit in The region, which will be a key factor in achieving a safe, smooth and efficient digital transformation for customers.

Dewidar emphasized Etisalat's keenness to enable society to communicate digitally, work and learn from home, and use digital services, adding that there are at least 130 robots working to complete 70 operations in the Etisalat support office with more than 800,000 transactions per month, as it achieved the automation of robotic processes. 98% efficiency as employees are able to create, innovate and communicate with customers to enhance their experience.

He said that in the long term the plan aims to build the capabilities of the next generation of Emirati youth and cases of using artificial intelligence for internal use, and will continue to increase efficiency, productivity and enhance customer experience over the first two years ..
