Dubai: His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, welcomed His Excellency Lieutenant General Expert Rashid Thani Al Matrooshi, Commander-in-Chief of the General Command of Dubai Civil Defense, during his visit to the Drone Systems Center at Dubai Police, which aimed to strengthen collaboration between the two sides.

Lt. Gen. Rashid Thani Al Matrooshi was briefed on the operations room at the Drone Systems Center, including the ‘Drone Box’ system designed to enhance response times to accident sites. This system provides the command and control center with essential information and data, significantly reducing response times for traffic and criminal incidents.

He also received a comprehensive overview of the center's readiness to manage traffic and criminal reports and coordination strategies involving strategic partners in the emirate, ensuring that Dubai continues to be one of the safest cities in the world.

At the end of the visit, Lt. Gen. Al Matrooshi praised Dubai Police’s commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology in enhancing security and safety across the emirate.
