Dubai: Dubai Police, through the School Security Initiative, joined hands with Dubai Charity Association and Mediclinic City Hospital to mark Cancer Awareness Month alongside patients, survivors, their families, and healthcare providers.

Captain Majid bin Saeed Al Kaabi, Head of the School Security Initiative, said the participation reflects Dubai Police’s ongoing commitment to stand with the community on significant social occasions, and to foster positive spirit, solidarity, and cooperation across all groups.

He added that Dubai Police’s involvement supports patients and their families, especially as the UAE observes the Year of the Community under the theme Hand in Hand, which embodies the leadership’s vision for a cohesive and thriving society and encourages initiatives that promote shared responsibility.

The activities featured Dubai Police’s luxury patrols, musical performances by the Dubai Police Band, and the distribution of gifts to children, patients, and attendees.
