Abu Dhabi: Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, invites guests to an extraordinary evening of sensory discovery as Bord Eau by Nicolas Isnard, contemporary French restaurant partners with RIEDEL Glassware, the global leader in functional
 wine glass design, for an exclusive one-night-only wine dinner on Saturday, 11 October 2025. 

This immersive collaboration brings together the expertise of Riedel wine specialist Lauren Kline and the culinary artistry of award-winning Chef Nicolas Isnard, offering guests a rare opportunity to explore the intricate relationship between glass design,

 wine, and gastronomy. The evening begins with a guided Riedel masterclass, where guests will discover how the shape and design of signature glasses transform the perception of aroma, flavour and structure. Each participant will receive a curated set of four
 Riedel glasses to taste four different wines during the session and will take the complete set home as a gift, extending the experience beyond the evening. 

Following the masterclass, guests will be treated to a four-course communal tasting dinner curated by Chef Nicolas Isnard, with each dish thoughtfully paired to enhance the wines showcased earlier in the evening. The journey begins with

Scallops Ceviche infused with vanilla and passion fruit, complemented by a
South African Chardonnay. This is followed by Confit Wagyu Beef Cheek with carrot, black garlic and peanut sauce, perfectly matched with a
Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara. A refined Rossini-Style Roasted Duck Magret accompanied by textured potatoes is elevated by a
Bordeaux Grand Cru, before concluding on a sweet note with Raw and Cooked Figs with Labneh Ice Cream paired with
Taittinger Brut Champagne. A glass of champagne sets the tone at the start, and delicate mignardises bring the evening to a graceful close. 

With its intimate setting overlooking the serene waters of Khor Al Maqta Creek, Bord Eau by Nicolas Isnard continues to redefine fine dining in Abu Dhabi, making this collaboration with Riedel a must-attend occasion for wine enthusiasts and culinary connoisseurs.
