Hyderabad: The World Telugu Information Technology Council (WTITC) today announced the launch of the Global Student Innovation Exchange Program 2025, a unique international learning initiative designed to provide Indian students with global exposure, leadership development, and hands-on industry experience through a certified six-month internship.

Under this program, selected students will travel to the United Arab Emirates for a two-night, three-day innovation tour, during which they will visit major Free Zones, international business centers, leading innovation hubs, and emerging technology clusters. The visit also includes exclusive access to the World Telugu Information Technology Conference 2025, scheduled from December 12 to 15 at the Dubai World Trade Center. Students will have the opportunity to interact with global technologists, entrepreneurs, investors, startup founders, researchers, and industry delegations from more than 100 countries.

Following their return to India, participants will begin a structured six-month internship jointly facilitated by Expand Middle East (Expand Me) and T-Consult, hosted at T-Hub, Hyderabad, the world’s largest innovation campus. During the internship, students will work on business research, market studies related to the UAE region, technology analysis, and practical projects guided by industry mentors. The program is designed to help students gain global awareness, build confidence, and strengthen their profiles for higher education, placements, and future entrepreneurial pursuits.

Announcing the initiative, ExpandME Secretary Yamini Maddukuri said, “The Global Student Innovation Exchange Program is designed to prepare young Indians for global roles. This opportunity allows students to experience Dubai’s innovation landscape firsthand and then apply their learnings through meaningful project work in Hyderabad. It is one of the strongest early-career experiences a student can gain at this stage of education.”

The program fee is ₹2,00,000, covering airfare, accommodation in the UAE, access to WTITC 2025 sessions, and the six-month internship with certification. Food expenses are excluded. Selection is based on an application review, and seats are strictly limited.
