Dubai: Jebel Ali Police Station has launched the Customer Voice initiative to strengthen communication with community members, following the guidance of His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police. 
The initiative brought together Colonel Jamal Ibrahim Ali, Director of the station, his deputy Colonel Ali Ahmad Al Suwaidi, several section heads, and a group of customers to exchange views, suggestions, and enquiries.

Direct communication
Colonel Jamal Ibrahim explained that customer happiness departments serve as the front line for any government or private organisation since they are responsible for delivering services and maintaining direct contact with the public. He noted that Dubai Police continues to prioritise these services so they remain aligned with international standards for excellent customer experience. He added that quality service is a shared responsibility that begins with the director and includes everyone who deals with the public.

Services overview
Colonel Jamal Ibrahim also outlined the community and security services provided by Dubai Police through police stations, the official website, the smart application, and the Smart Police Stations SPS, in addition to the 901 call centre.
He highlighted that Dubai Police has introduced the Happiness Index on its website, smart application, and smart watch, enabling customers to express their satisfaction openly and transparently. This tool allows the organisation to monitor customer impressions daily and track how satisfied they are with the services provided.

Feedback and enquiries
At the end of the session, Colonel Jamal and the station’s officials listened to customer opinions and enquiries on various topics. He noted that meetings and open sessions with customers will continue to ensure their needs and observations are understood and addressed.
