Sharjah: Khalid Al Ali, Director of the Al Majaz Waterfront under the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), stated that the waterfront has become a popular destination for families seeking open spaces that offer both leisure and a variety of dining choices in one location. He pointed out that all facilities are available, including walking and jogging tracks, football pitches, a children’s corner, and a mini water park.

Al Ali stated as part of the Ramadan series, "Ramadan in Sharjah is More Beautiful," that Al Majaz Waterfront also offers the Sharjah boat experience, including organised cruises along the waterfront. These enable visitors to explore the city from a new perspective and enjoy panoramic views of Khalid Lake.
