Mohammed Al Marri: Shaping the Future of Government Services

Dubai: His Excellency Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai, affirmed that the announcement by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, regarding the UAE.

Government’s plans to unveil its biggest transformation in the way government
services are designed and delivered this November, reflects a leadership vision that places making people’s lives easier at the heart of government development and sets new ambitions for excellence and innovation.

His Excellency said: “The vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al
Maktoum inspires us to rethink the future of government services around people’s
needs and aspirations. The UAE’s leading position in customer satisfaction with digital
government services motivates us to continue improving and creating simpler, more
efficient and flexible experiences that deliver tangible benefits for citizens, residents
and visitors.”

He added: “At Dubai Residency, we believe that meaningful development begins with
considering the entire customer journey and using technology, data and integration
across government to deliver smarter, more seamless services that anticipate and
meet people’s needs. We look forward to the opportunities the forthcoming
announcement will bring to advance government services and strengthen our ability to
translate the leadership’s vision into a tangible impact on people’s lives.”
His Excellency continued: “Our ambition goes beyond keeping pace with change to
helping shape it through stronger collaboration, more integrated operating models and
