UAE:Gearing up with the new standard, the biggest international cultural fiesta, Indywood Talent Hunt, will conduct its Grand Finale virtually. The event is scheduled from 11 – 12 December 2020 and will be telecasted live via zoom & Indywood Talent Hunt Facebook pages.

Indywood Talent Hunt is a part of Project Indywood, an ambitious USD10 Billion project that aims to brand Indian Movies globally and to establish India as the venue for the largest Investor friendly market in the world. During the occasion, Dr. Sohan Roy, Founder of Project Indywood, stated that “We have been organizing Indywood Talent Hunt since 2015, and it has been an extremely overwhelming journey. Through this event, our aim is to identify talented young Indians and guide them properly to choose their career at the campus/school level into varied fields of the entertainment industry, be it fashion, acting, music, director, etc. I firmly believe only the youth of tomorrow can make a possible revolutionary change in the industry. Hence it is our moral responsibility to identify, support, and provide them with the necessary exposure and opportunities which they truly deserve.”

In 2019, when Indywood Talent Hunt went international and had an overwhelming participation of over 1 lakh individuals from the UAE and India in our various competition categories. This year, owing to the COVID pandemic, the organizers decided to go online for its 2020 event. The competition categories will include vocals and instrumental, Music, Art, Dance, Photography and fashion & Social Media events.

The ITH has witnessed a record 20,000 grand finalists and achieved 215 placements in the entertainment industry in the last five years. Online voting and a YouTube Streaming Round were held from November 1 to 10. Finalists were shortlisted for the grand finale based on voting and judges' evaluation.
