Dubai: His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, has recently received the UK Consul General to Dubai, His Excellency Simon Penney, who paid a courtesy visit to the force at the beginning of his tenure in the country.

During the visit, Lt. Gen. Al Marri emphasized the keenness of Dubai Police to provide all of the requirements and needs for all communities and nationalities in Dubai. He also discussed a number of topics of mutual interest with HE Penney including ways of fostering and boosting mutual relations between both entities.

Lt. Gen. Al Marri also congratulated Consul General HE Simon Penney on assuming his new post. 

The UK Consul General lauded Dubai Police’s smart and innovative initiatives that contribute to enhancing Dubai’s levels of safety and security, and to ensuring the happiness of the emirate’s citizens, residents, and visitors. 

Towards the end of the visit, Dubai Police Commander-in-Chief presented Penney with the force’s commemorative shield.
