Dubai: Prominent Bollywood actor and successful entrepreneur Sunil Shetty has termed discipline a major kettle to success in a life from business to personal and said his success is due to maintaining balance in relationship.

He was answering to the audience gathered at the International Business Growth Summit held at Grand Excelsior Hotel in Dubai and attended by over 200 Indian business owners from India and the UAE.

The day-long summit was also addressed by international acclaimed speakers including Dilip Auti, international business strategies; Komal Auti, wealth coach; Chirantan Joshi, serial entrepreneur; Sunil Shetty, actor entrepreneur and Bhavesh Bhatia, Divyang Entrepreneur and organized by DK Mission Force and Inspire Events in collaboration with UAE-based Global Maharashtra Business Forum (GMBF).

Sunil Shetty was the chief guest at the event and while interacting with guests, he shed light on high thoughts on different aspects of his life, career and business journey.

“Family is an important part of everyone and maintaining discipline and balance in relationship is key to success. A businessmen or actor if maintain discipline and balance in his life and career can achieve whatever success he dream of,” he said.

Shetty has been part of many successful Bollywood movies in his three decades of career and also running successfully restaurant business in India.

When asked who was his mentor and how important is the role of a mentor in one’s journey in any field, he said “my father is my mentor as he always supported me in whatever I step in. Mentor is a light on a dark highway who shows us clear path ahead and guide us to tackle and prepared for any hurdles,” he added.

Responding to a question, he said, “those who wants to be successful in any field should keep learning and constantly judge themselves as a positive critique. It is important as these motivate us to improve further besides overcoming our weaknesses.”

Dr. Sunil Manjarekar, president GMBF in his addressed assured to extend full support from the forum.
