Dubai: Major General Expert Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Investigation Affairs at Dubai Police, has praised the Nad Al Sheba Police Station team for their innovative programmes and advanced security initiatives, which have significantly enhanced safety and security in their jurisdiction. 

Their efforts have resulted in remarkable improvements in performance and operational efficiency across various police and security functions.

Inspection and Operational Review

As part of the General Inspection Programme for police stations and departments, Major General Al Mansouri visited Nad Al Sheba Police Station, accompanied by Major General Dr Tariq Tahlak, Director of Naif Police Station and Chairman of the Police Station Directors’ Council, Brigadier Muhammad Obaid Saeed bin Humaidan, Director of Nad Al Sheba Police Station, Lieutenant Colonel Faisal Saqr Al Marri, Deputy Director, Lieutenant Colonel Dr Abdulrazzaq Abdulrahim, Acting Director of the Inspection and Control Department, and a number of senior officers.

During the visit, Major General Al Mansouri inspected the general parade, followed by a tour of the station’s facilities, including accommodation quarters, sports facilities, and meeting halls. He also reviewed the readiness of security patrols, police vehicles, and the advanced systems integrated into their operations.

Performance and Security Initiatives

The inspection also included an overview of the station’s key performance indicators, particularly its response time to emergency calls. He assessed the administrative operations, staff training programmes, and employee well-being initiatives, including happiness and readiness programmes.

Major General Al Mansouri also reviewed the results of the Checkpoint Initiative, aimed at identifying and addressing traffic violations in Nad Al Sheba. Additionally, he was briefed on the Employee Happiness Programme, which achieved an impressive 99.4% employee satisfaction rate in 2024.
