In a statement, the airline said the situation remains dynamic and is being continuously monitored in coordination with relevant authorities. Options for Affected Passengers

• Emirates outlined several options for travelers impacted by the suspension. Passengers may rebook their flights to the same destination on or before March 20. Those who booked through travel agents are advised to contact their agents directly, while customers who made direct bookings with Emirates can manage changes through Emirates Support. Passengers who prefer not to travel may request a refund.
• Refunds for direct bookings can be submitted via the Emirates Refund Form, while bookings made through travel agents must be processed through the respective agents. The airline also advised customers to ensure their contact details are updated through the “Manage Booking” feature to receive real-time notifications regarding their flights.                                                                                                                                                                                                        Additionally, all city check-in points across Dubai have been temporarily closed until further notice.
