The ENTERTAINER \'Our Home. Our Heart.\' initiative responds to overwhelming demand, expanding access across the region

UAE: What began as a 50,000 complimentary membership initiative, rapidly evolved into one of the region’s largest community engagement initiatives supporting hospitality venues.  
  
Following overwhelming demand from residents, Dubai-founded company the ENTERTAINER expanded its “Our Home. Our Heart.” initiative to 250,000 complimentary memberships across the GCC, representing access to more than AED 100 million in potential dining, leisure and lifestyle offers made available to the community through the ENTERTAINER platform. 
  
Within hours of launch, the initiative generated significant interest across the region. At its peak, residents were claiming close to 1,000 One Heart memberships per minute, with the original 50,000 allocation claimed almost immediately as communities mobilised to support local restaurants, cafés, attractions and service providers. 
  
Responding to this groundswell of engagement, the ENTERTAINER progressively expanded the initiative, first doubling the allocation, before ultimately scaling the programme fivefold to 250,000 memberships to meet demand and broaden access for residents across the region. 
  
For more than 25 years, the ENTERTAINER has grown alongside the UAE’s vibrant hospitality sector and the communities it serves. In response to the current challenges facing the industry, the ENTERTAINER launched this initiative to encourage responsible engagement with local venues while supporting the wider hospitality ecosystem. 
  
The expanded campaign has now enabled a quarter of a million residents to access the ENTERTAINER’s signature “buy one, get one free” experiences across thousands of participating venues spanning restaurants, leisure attractions, wellness experiences, hotel stays and lifestyle services. 
  
The momentum of the “Our Home. Our Heart.” campaign was also reflected in early activity across the platform. Within the first day of launch, almost 20,000 offers were redeemed across participating venues, providing early indications that the initiative is encouraging residents to engage with restaurants, leisure destinations and hospitality outlets during a challenging period for the sector. 
  
The rapid response from residents across the UAE and the wider GCC reflects the strong sense of community that continues to define the region, where individuals and businesses consistently come together to support one another during times of challenge.
