Dubai: Dubai Police continue to prioritise high-quality service delivery and meaningful engagement with the community, Brigadier Mubarak Al Ketbi, Director of Hatta Police Station, has affirmed.

During a field visit to the Customer Happiness Section at Hatta Police Station, Brigadier Al Ketbi reviewed the progress of customer transactions and met with members of the public within the station’s jurisdiction. He underlined the importance of direct communication, noting that listening to feedback, suggestions, and development ideas remains central to enhancing service standards and achieving customer happiness.

He explained that Customer Happiness Centres serve as the primary interface between institutions and the public, making their role essential in shaping overall service experiences. In this context, Dubai Police remain committed to aligning these centres with international benchmarks for excellence. He added that service quality is a collective responsibility shared by all employees, from leadership to frontline staff.

Brigadier Al Ketbi also highlighted Dubai Police’s continuous efforts to deliver sophisticated and customer-focused services that reflect its progressive reputation. As part of this approach, a happiness index has been introduced through the official website and smart application to measure satisfaction levels and monitor customer feedback on a daily basis.

During the visit, he briefed customers on the range of community and security services available through police stations, the official website, the smart application, Smart Police Stations (SPS), and the 901 call centre.

Brigadier Al Ketbi and accompanying officers also listened closely to customer enquiries and feedback, ensuring their needs and observations are taken into consideration.

Customers praised Dubai Police for their professional conduct, proactive services, and respectful engagement with people from different nationalities, while also commending the Hatta Police Station team for their warm welcome and high standard of service.
