Dubai: KAARV IT Consultancy FZ-LLC, a healthcare technology company based in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), has secured an international investment commitment of USD 4 million, marking a major milestone in its global expansion journey. The announcement was made during the ICIE (International Council for Innovators & Entrepreneurs) Deal Room held in Dubai.

The event, which celebrated KAARV Milestone 1.0, brought together international investors, representatives from RAKEZ, Emirati business leaders, entrepreneurs, innovation experts, and global industry stakeholders to explore investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and cross-border collaboration.

Founded by Raghunath Rapeen (Raghu), KAARV specializes in healthcare technology solutions. After returning from the United Kingdom with a patented healthcare innovation, Raghu spent nearly two years refining his business model and seeking opportunities to introduce his innovation to international markets.

A significant turning point came when he joined the global entrepreneurial ecosystem led by Sundeep Makthala, Chairman of the International Council for Innovators & Entrepreneurs (ICIE). Through ICIE’s "Explore to Expand" international business missions, Raghu participated in strategic visits to Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.

During the Singapore mission, he engaged with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), met senior officials from the High Commission of India, attended leading AI and technology events, and connected with global innovation leaders. In the UAE, he interacted with senior RAKEZ representatives, Emirati business leaders, international investors, and innovation ecosystem partners while presenting KAARV’s business vision.

Within just 30 days, these engagements resulted in a USD 4 million international investment commitment, reflecting strong investor confidence in KAARV’s growth potential and long-term vision.

Speaking after the announcement, Raghunath Rapeen said the investment represented much more than financial support.
