14 October 2019, Abu Dhabi, UAE - The UAE’s Biggest Bake Off will return to Taste of Abu Dhabi, the Capital’s favourite food, drink and entertainment festival from 7th to 9th November 2019 at du Arena, Yas Island. The 3rd Edition of Big Baking Tent Bake Off by ICCA, offers you a chance to win Baking & Patisserie Courses worth AED 25,000 at the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) Dubai.

This year’s competition, to be held at the Big Baking Tent by ICCA, will celebrate the most colourful of decades that has ever been with the “Bring Back the 80’s” theme. In order to stand the chance to participate in the competition and showcase your creation, simply submit a detailed description of the cake you would like to create along with a picture/sketch. If your submission is shortlisted, you could be facing the judges, Master Pâtissier Eric Lanlard and the ICCA Patisserie & Sugarcraft Chef Instructors including Chef Maia Tsakanova, Chef Nasarene Dhanki, Chef Sabeen Fareed, Chef Vrushali Jadhav and Chef Sally Handoko at Taste of Abu Dhabi.

Eric Lanlard will also be running baking masterclasses at the Big Baking Tent by ICCA with local and international pastry experts sharing tips and tricks with Abu Dhabi’s budding baking enthusiasts. The UAE’s Biggest Bake Off finals will be held on Saturday 9th November at the Big Baking Tent by ICCA where finalists will showcase their creations and the announcement of the winners should definitely not to be missed.
