UAE: Floating Houses launched launched by the pioneering Emirati company in the ships and vessels industry, “Seagate Shipyard”, Al Hamra Port in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah witnessed the floating of the first units of Floating Sea Palace Resort, “Neptune”; the first eco-friendly floating mobile house in the world, in the presence of Muhammad Elbahrawy; the Chief Executive Officer, Alia Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Colin Gray Port Manager, VIPs and journalists.

With unprecedented features and a high-level of luxury and welfare, Neptune is part of an unrepeatable resort expected, following the completion in the first quarter of 2023, to mark qualitative leap in the tourism and hotel industry in Dubai. With 300 sqm. area each, the floating and mobile house is made up of two storeys, balcony and a roof with a glass swimming pool, hitting a total storeys area of 900 sqm: The first storey consists of four (4) bedrooms with attached washrooms. Distinguished by a spacious and ample glass flooring, the ground floor does provide dwellers with a fascinating and breathtaking view, in addition to the kitchen, living room, two extra rooms for workers and the balcony.
Thence this project is an addition and touch in the properties world in Dubai, which is long known for unparallel achievements reflecting contemporaneous lifestyle, the real estate market in the UAE and attracting world tourism as the project will be a breakthrough in the tourism industry.

Elbahrawy further elucidates that “the project is developed to include a luxurious hotel of 156 suites and rooms, encircled by 12 residential floating boats, and that the remaining units will be launched in a little while so that the project value would hit AED 870 million”.
Alia Al Suwaidi, Emirati businesswoman and Chairman of the Board of Directors on the other hand shed light on the role played by the investors both nationals and residents, expressing her honor and pride in the launching of the unusual project in the UAE, which is in the forefront of success and investment as ever.
Featured by a unique boat-like shaped design, the units of Floating Sea Palace Resort can safely move from one place into the other by wave movement resistant hydraulic engines. Conforming with all International Safety Standards, the units are also equipped with self-sterilizing system, air filter in addition to a smart automated system operating the house in full. Apart from that, it is solar energy operated and has developed technologies for treatment of wastewater and air filtration. All of that functions by SMART SYSTEM.
It is worth of mention that the first unit of “Neptune” project was sold during a party thrown in the famous Armani Hotel Dubai on October 2020 to businessman, Balfinder Sahani "Abu Sabah" for AED 20 million, happening to be the first buyers in that special project.
