Dubai: China Tang, the globally renowned restaurant collection of Cantonese cuisine, unveils its new Art Deco Cocktail Flight, available for a month from 1st October at China Tang Dubai at The Lana Promenade, Dorchester Collection, China Tang at The Dorchester in London, and China Tang Hong Kong.

Marking 100 years of the Art Deco movement, a design era that inspired the interiors and ethos of the China Tang brand since its inception, the new cocktail flight pays homage to the allure, creativity, and timeless style of the period. 

The bar teams from each China Tang location have created a new signature cocktail, reflecting the distinct character of their home cities, and bringing them together in one celebratory trio. Served as a showstopping flight of miniatures atop an ornate art deco design tray, the cocktails can also be ordered individually in full size.

The new creations featured in the Art Deco Cocktail Flight are:

Chishui Flow (Dubai) – A lyrical mix of Moutai Baijiu, banana cordial, lychee and lemon juice, rounded with vanilla syrup and a touch of saline. Served in a slim martini glass and garnished with a delicate cornflower, it captures the elegance and energy of Dubai.
China Tang Martinez (London) – London’s interpretation of the classic Martinez brings together Bombay Sapphire, Fen Chew Baijiu, vermouth rosso and maraschino liqueur, lifted with ginseng tincture and an orange coin. A cocktail with depth and complexity, filtered through coffee beans for a rich finish.
Tang 12 (Hong Kong) – A refreshing and aromatic serve that balances gin, vermouth bianco and lemon with honey and a dash of absinthe. Shaken for a silky texture, it is finished with a cut of lemon peel, a bright nod to the city’s vibrant spirit.

The Art Deco Cocktail Flight will be available throughout the month of October at three China Tang locations, including China Tang Dubai at The Lana Promenade, Dorchester Collection. The flight of three miniature cocktails is priced at AED120 in Dubai, £30 in London, and HK$300 in Hong Kong. Individual full-size cocktails are available at AED40 in Dubai, £24 in London, and HK$160 in Hong Kong.

Renowned for its refined take on classic Cantonese cuisine and opulent Art Deco interiors inspired by 1930s Shanghai, China Tang offers a timeless yet modern dining experience.
