Dubai: Brigadier Juma Salem bin Suwaidan, Deputy Director of the General Traffic Department and Chairman of the Security Committee for the UAE Women's Tour 2023, announced that the committee had completed its security preparations for the event.

The committee, which includes members from all relevant bodies and institutions, has developed a comprehensive security plan through several coordination meetings.

The plan aims to ensure a joint and unified security presence along the race route, with each body responsible for their respective areas of expertise. Brigadier bin Suwaidan emphasized the importance of the security measures in place, stating that the safety of all participants, spectators, and residents is of the utmost importance.

The UAE Women's Tour 2023 is set to take place from 9-12 February 2023 and will feature top female cyclists from around the world. The race is expected to attract many spectators and participants, making the security measures crucial to the event's success. The Dubai Police, in conjunction with other relevant institutions, are working tirelessly to ensure that the event is secure and runs smoothly.
