Dubai: In a community-focused review, Major General Ali Ghanem, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Community Happiness and Logistics Support, inspected the Jebel Ali Police Station. He was accompanied by several senior officers, including Major General Dr. Adel Al Suwaidi, the Station's director.

Major General Ghanem highlighted the critical role of Jebel Ali's jurisdiction in Dubai's economy, tourism, and urban development. He emphasised the importance of adequate security and traffic management programs to ensure resident safety and satisfaction. He praised the Station for its innovative approaches and advanced systems that enhance operational efficiency.

Strategic indicators such as security coverage, emergency response times, traffic accident fatalities, and crime rates were also reviewed during the inspection. The discussion also included traffic statistics and various safety campaigns, such as pedestrian safety and child seat initiatives.

The visit also focused on community engagement initiatives. Major General Ghanem was briefed on new programs like "The Manager at Your Service," "Your Voice is Heard," and "Checkpoints," which aim to increase resident satisfaction. Ongoing initiatives, such as training private security employees and promoting road safety, were also reviewed.

Administrative efforts to improve employee satisfaction were highlighted, including incentive programs, communication initiatives, and the "Let's Share Happiness" campaign. The role of the Customer Happiness Centre in delivering high-quality services through smart police stations at Jebel Ali and Expo City was discussed.

Major General Ghanem commended the Victim Support Team for their prompt follow-up reports received, demonstrating the professionalism and consistent performance of the Jebel Ali Police Station.
