Dubai: The Midtown Factory, a pioneering production facility at Dubai Industrial City, today unveiled Majlis Premium Arabian Ale, the world’s first fully halal-brewed range of beverage, at Taste of Dubai food festival at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre.The three-day, noon to midnight annual celebrations of food, drink and music at Taste of Dubai 2025-was inaugurated yesterday, and will run until the 16th of February. 

This groundbreaking innovation of Majlis Premium Arabian Ale aligns with healthy dietary guidelines while delivering a premium and sophisticated drinking experience to the international consumers residing in the UAE. M/s Midtown Factory is poised to develop and unveil new products this year.

Majlis stall and ale saw a busy day with guests visiting and stand and tasting a unique experience. Following the hype up at Dibba Bay Oyster Festival with the celebrity chef Jenny Morris, Majlis Premium Arabian Ale was officially launched at the Black+Decker Cook School setup at the event.The visitors and guests had a chance to talk to the celebrity chef about the delectable Majlis Arabian Ale and its creators.

Crafted with meticulous care and adherence to halal guidelines, Majlis' new beverage is brewed using proprietary technology that ensures the process remains alcohol-free from start to finish. Unlike traditional brewing methods that involve alcohol removal, Majlis has developed a unique approach that maintains the integrity of halal principles while preserving the authentic taste and complexity of a brewed beverage.
