Dubai: His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Ali Al Ghaithi, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Operations at Dubai Police, honoured support teams from the Operations Sector and members of the Positive Spirit Council in recognition of their exceptional efforts in securing key events and celebrations across the emirate during Eid Al Fitr.

The ceremony, attended by several directors of general departments and police stations, reflected Dubai Police’s appreciation for the teams’ significant role in ensuring the safety and success of major public gatherings.

HE Al Ghaithi extended his sincere thanks to the teams, commending their commitment and teamwork which turned challenges into opportunities and obstacles into milestones. “Through your dedication and unity, you have created a model to be followed. We are confident that with your continued efforts, the future holds even greater achievements,” he said.

He also emphasised the importance of maintaining high levels of readiness across all units—both in terms of personnel and technical capabilities—to uphold Dubai’s global reputation for excellence in managing large-scale events, exhibitions, and conferences.
