Dubai: Brigadier Dr. Sultan Abdul Hamid Al Jammal, Director of the Dubai Police Academy (DPA), met with several youth employees as part of the "Building with Youth Givers" initiative. The event aims to gather their opinions and suggestions about the work environment and challenges. It also seeks to promote a positive workplace atmosphere and enhance job satisfaction.

The event was attended by Wafa Al Zarooni, Head of the Human Resources Section, along with other senior officers and employees. Brig. Al Jammal highlighted Dubai Police's dedication to nurturing youth talent and empowering them across various fields. He emphasized the importance of connecting youth employees with experienced professionals and recognizing their ambitions, enthusiasm, and innovative skills. 

Al Jammal expressed pride in the accomplishments of the youth at the Dubai Police Academy, who contribute their knowledge and professionalism to local and international successes.

During the meeting, Al Jammal mentioned the services Dubai Police offers to employees, including youth, and the new buildings of the Dubai Police Academy in the University City. He emphasized that the Academy, supported by the Dubai Police leadership, is deeply committed to empowering youth and enhancing their roles. 

At the end of the event, Al Jammal encouraged continuing these open meetings to promote communication and collaboration in decision-making.
