Dubai: Dubai Police has signed a series of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with leading national and international institutions to strengthen partnerships across educational, training, and health sectors. 

These agreements, which were signed on the sideline of the World Police Summit, reflect the force’s firm commitment to enhancing institutional performance, supporting professional development, and maintaining the highest safety and security standards.

Academic and Risk Management Collaboration

Dubai Police signed an MoU with the Institute of Strategic Risk Management to cooperate in developing and delivering advanced educational programmes, future collaborative academic projects, workshops, and conferences.

In another agreement, Dubai Police partnered with the Public Safety Communications Association to advance analytical capabilities, institutional decision-making processes, and operations management.

Additionally, an MoU was signed with Northwestern University, represented by its Center for Roadway Safety and Transport Programs, focusing on research and training related to transport and traffic safety.

Professional Development and Organisational Excellence

To promote knowledge transfer and organisational innovation, Dubai Police signed an MoU with PricewaterhouseCoopers Middle East to collaborate on the exchange of best practices, academic and professional training programmes, and research and development. The agreement also includes knowledge management and leadership development initiatives.

Dubai Police also partnered with the International WELL Building Institute to organise joint projects, initiatives, conferences, and workshops dedicated to workplace wellbeing and quality of life in professional environments.

Health, Safety, and Emergency Training

In the field of health and safety, Dubai Police signed an MoU with the American Institute for Safety and Health to provide training in first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and other emergency medical services, enhancing the readiness and resilience of police personnel.

Driving Sustainable Security Innovation

These partnerships are part of Dubai Police's broader strategy to build a future-ready policing model rooted in international collaboration, innovation, and human capital development. By investing in educational, training, and health partnerships, Dubai Police ensures its security services' continued excellence and sustainability, which align with global standards and community expectations.
