The signing ceremony took place at Salvaje Dubai, where guests were treated to an exclusive showcase of Jacob & Co’s exquisite timepieces—offering a glimpse into the artistic excellence and craftsmanship that will be woven into the upcoming residential project.

The AED 400 million development will combine Mantra Properties' design-first approach, honed through nearly two decades of delivering landmark projects in Pune and Mumbai, with Jacob & Co’s bold, globally recognized aesthetic. The collaboration aims to set a new benchmark in the region by blending high-end living with haute horology, creating a uniquely luxurious experience.

This project will be Jacob & Co’s third branded residential development in the UAE, following earlier ventures in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. However, it will be the first such project on Al Marjan Island, adding a new layer of prestige to the island's evolving luxury real estate landscape.
