Dubai: The Emirates Journalists Association extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to the Emirates Intellectual Property Association for honoring the Association as a strategic partner, in recognition of its pivotal role and its continuous efforts in supporting the Association’s initiatives to enhance awareness and spread the culture of protecting intellectual property rights in the UAE.

This came during a ceremony honoring participants in the Capacity Building Program to Influence the Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights for Policemen, which was organized by the Emirates Intellectual Property Association in cooperation with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and was held at the Dubai Police Officers Club under the patronage and presence of His Excellency Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security in Dubai, and Honorary President of the Emirates Intellectual Property Association.

The honorary shield was received on behalf of the association by colleague Hassan Omran Al Shamsi, member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Journalists Association.
