Dubai: One of Dubai’s most iconic hotels, Atlantis, The Palm, has announced a special offer allowing residents and visitors to enjoy two of its major attractions for free as a gesture of solidarity amid the ongoing regional situation.

For a limited time, guests can visit Aquaventure World and the Lost World Aquarium free of charge. The offer is valid from Tuesday, March 10, to Sunday, March 22, with a limited number of complimentary tickets available each day. Visitors can book up to four free tickets per transaction.

The initiative comes just as the school spring break begins earlier than expected, giving families an opportunity to make the most of the holiday before it ends on the same day as the offer.

Visitors can explore the newly revamped Lost World Aquarium, formerly known as the Lost Chambers Aquarium, which now features 14 interactive rooms designed to offer an immersive marine experience. Once the weather clears, guests can also enjoy Aquaventure World, the world’s largest waterpark, along with its 1-kilometre-long private beach.

Sascha Triemer, General Manager and Vice President of Aquaventure World at Atlantis Dubai, said the initiative reflects the resort’s commitment to the community.

“We are proud to be part of Dubai and its community. If we can offer even a small moment of relief and a few smiles, then we’ve done something meaningful,” he said.

Tickets for the promotion cannot be purchased or collected at the gate. Visitors must complete their reservation online by providing contact details and credit card information. No payment will be charged, and the card details will only be used to secure the booking.

The complimentary tickets are strictly for personal use and cannot be sold or transferred. Those wishing to book additional experiences or visit outside the free ticket period can still purchase regular tickets through the park’s standard booking options.
