Al Mansouri Chairs 12th Criminal Investigation Leaders’ Meeting for 2024

Dubai: His Excellency Expert Major General Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Assistant Commandant for Criminal Investigation Affairs at Dubai Police, chaired the 12th meeting of the Criminal Investigation Sector for 2024, held at the Mounted Police Station.

The meeting was attended by the directors of general departments, police stations, deputies, as well as heads of specialised divisions and departments.

Meeting Agenda

The meeting covered several strategic and security topics, with a key focus on the preparations for securing events associated with the New Year’s Eve 2025 celebrations. His Excellency emphasised the following priorities:

• Conducting field visits to event locations.

• Monitoring, documenting, and assessing security, criminal, and traffic conditions.

• Strengthening cooperation between general departments and police stations to expedite the completion of security and technical reports.

Major General Al Mansouri extended his gratitude to the teams across the general departments, police stations, and specialised divisions for their vital role in maintaining high levels of security, safeguarding the nation’s achievements, enforcing the law, and ensuring public safety.

He commended their efficiency in crime prevention, detection, and law enforcement in their respective areas of responsibility.

He namely honoured the Positive Spirit Initiative and several members of the General Department of Organisation Protective Security and Emergency, including Consultant Expert Johan Wessels, Training Expert Roan Kotze, Training Expert Stephan Klopper, and First Corporal Hashim Hussain.
