ATP STEM Education Honours Over 200 Academic Achievers at Grand Ceremony in Dubai
- June 18, 2025
Dubai: ATP STEM Education hosted its much-anticipated Honours Day last Sunday in Dubai, celebrating the exceptional academic achievements of over 200 students. These students excelled in prestigious exams such as JEE, NEET, CAET (IIT Abu Dhabi) and national board exams including CBSE, ICSE, and ISC.
The event brought together students, proud parents, educators, and distinguished guests from across the UAE’s academic landscape.
Distinguished Guests Inspire Students
The chief guest, Dr. Thakur Mulchandani, Chairman of the UAE Sahodaya Schools Complex and recipient of the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Outstanding Principal Award (2017), praised the students for their hard work, commitment, and academic discipline.
He was joined by Pramod Mahajan, Principal and School Director of Sharjah Indian School and Board Member of the Sharjah Private Education Authority. With more than 32 years of educational leadership, Mahajan offered deep insights into the evolving world of academic excellence.
The Guest of Honour, Anisha Arora, also addressed the gathering. With 27 years of experience in leading schools in India and the UAE, and a recent recipient of the 2025 International Career Counselling Award by Yalla Schools, Arora shared thoughtful guidance on academic planning and career growth.
Outstanding Results from a Focused Batch
ATP students delivered impressive results across multiple exams:
In JEE Main, 15 out of 28 students scored above the 90th percentile.
In NEET, 3 out of 7 candidates cleared critical cut-offs.
Several students excelled in the CAET (IIT Abu Dhabi) entrance exam.
Though ATP works with a smaller, more focused batch of students, their achievements stand out significantly in comparison to larger institutes, many of which report results aggregated across the entire GCC region. ATP’s Dubai-based model continues to prove highly effective, delivering strong outcomes and individualized attention.
Recognition Across Board Exams
The ceremony also celebrated board toppers from ISC Grade 12, CBSE Grades 12 and 10, and ICSE Grade 10, with students receiving medals and certificates for their achievements.
A highlight of the evening was speeches by ATP’s top-ranking students, including those who secured UAE Ranks 1, 2, and 3. They shared their personal strategies for success—covering topics such as time management, study routines, and staying motivated—earning applause and admiration from peers and parents alike.
Celebrating Holistic Excellence
Adding a vibrant touch to the academic celebration were cultural performances by ATP students. Through dance, music, and drama, the students showcased their creative talents, reflecting the institute’s commitment to holistic development. The evening was a celebration not just of academic performance but also of the balance students achieved between their studies and personal interests.
ATP’s Vision for Future Leaders
ATP STEM Education’s success lies in its unique educational philosophy—a combination of rigorous academic mentoring, personalized guidance, and flexible hybrid learning options, led by a team of IITian faculty.
As the evening drew to a close, the audience rose in a standing ovation, applauding the achievements of the students and the institute’s role in shaping future leaders.
ATP Honours Day 2025 was not just a ceremony—it was a powerful affirmation of what focused mentorship and student determination can achieve.
