Sharjah: The Sharjah Police General Command, represented by the Community Police Department, participated in the annual Health and Environmental Awareness Exhibition (HEAE), which was organised by the University of Sharjah (UoS) at the beginning of November at its headquarters, with a wide presence of various government and private institutions and agencies in the country, in addition to the presence of the faculty and academic staff, and university students.
This participation comes in line with Sharjah Police’s keenness to communicate with all society’s members, aiming to enhance societal awareness in all fields, with ensuring its presence in various scientific institutions. The SP’s participation also instills the correct concepts among university students in a way that enhances the quality of life, and achieves the objectives of the Ministry of Interior aimed at spreading and educating members of the public.

The participation included the distribution of brochures and awareness leaflets about the individuals’ mental and physical health, as well as a display of its latest publications in the traffic, community and criminal fields. The initiative also included the distribution of the policeman and the little policeman magazines, which are issued by the Department of Information and Public Relations
