To address these challenges effectively, Al Obaidly emphasised adopting the latest technologies and artificial intelligence across all industries, especially security.
"The summit aims to enhance international collaboration and share successful experiences and technological solutions to combat organised and transnational crimes proactively and efficiently," he said.
Al Obaidly further highlighted that per the directives of His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, and within the framework of the Ministry of Interior, Dubai Police strives to engage personnel in global best practices and training programs.
"Dubai Police is keen on sharing its successful models, such as the Smart Police Stations, with other countries, like the Republic of Serbia, who adopted this innovative policing model in 2023," he added.
Al Obaidly noted that the summit will also host the second seminar of the International Action Learning Group (IALG), bringing together 20 senior law enforcement officials from around the world to explore strategic issues relevant to the future of policing. Additionally, it will feature the annual meeting of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) regional heads, a sports caravan (the Athletic Caravan) launched by the Dubai Police Athletes Council in cooperation with the Dubai Sports Council, and a technological exhibition showcasing the latest solutions to support police and law enforcement.

International Coordination
Brigadier Sheikh Mohammed Al Mualla highlighted the summit's crucial role in fostering partnerships and enhancing security collaboration among countries.
"This is facilitated through signing agreements, memoranda of understanding, and conducting sideline discussion sessions at the summit, which contribute to strengthening global police and security relationships. This effort aligns with one of the primary objectives the summit was founded to achieve,"
Furthermore, Brigadier Al Mualla pointed out the World Police Summit's ten-category awards, designed to honour the contributions of law enforcement personnel. " These awards encourage them to demonstrate their policing and security efforts as models for their counterparts in recognition of their valuable services and sacrifices throughout their extensive careers, " he said.
